Microsoft just introduced the Azure Skills Plugin, a new package designed to help AI coding agents move beyond writing code and actually deploy and manage applications on Azure.
It bundles curated Azure workflow skills, the Azure MCP Server, and the Foundry MCP Server so agents can guide and execute real Azure tasks across 40+ services. The goal is to give tools like Copilot and Claude Code practical cloud expertise instead of generic advice.
